In these sessions, we will do a more in-depth discussion of current health status, routines, food intake, short and long term goals. We will meet virtually 2-3 times over the month (depending on goals and progress). I will also help you with weekly accountability checks, as well as be available daily for questions and motivation to keep you moving towards your goals.
